It Takes a Community to Help a Friend
There’s a place in our community where the hungry arefed, the homeless are sheltered, and the abandoned are given care. It’s the P.A.W.S. of Dearborn County Humane Center, which provides comfort and care for our community’s unwantedanimals.
Saving animal lives, ending animal suffering andhomelessness, and eliminating cruelty and violence toward animals is not just the responsibility of any one group of people.
It takes a concerted effort by many . . . It takes a community.
Become a foster parent . . . a volunteer . . . and/orhelp with monetary donations or items on our wish list. You can also help by spreading the word to your friends and family that there are dozens of healthy, loving adoptable pets waiting toshare their love with a family.
As we’ve said before, “It takes acommunity.” P.A.W.S. is grateful for the support of our community, and we ask that you continue to help us help those who can’t speak for themselves.
What does the P.A.W.S. Humane Center mean to me? . . .
Hope . . . Healing . . .Happiness
